Jon Engelman, CEO and facilitator for Inner Circle of Central Iowa, has taken over, started, operated, built and sold several businesses before the age of 40. His passion as a “leader under construction” pushes him, and those around him, towards experiencing Better Business and Richer Life. Jon started his first business 20 years ago with a carpet extractor and a pocket full of dreams. In more recent years, his projects have been creating, developing, and the sale of a million dollar building service contracting firm, as well as, the acquisition, restoration and stabilization of a 70-unit real estate portfolio. Jon has “from the ground up” experience that has produced perspectives that relate to all aspects of business planning and operations across several industries. In addition, Jon has a strong sense of business/personal life balance that shines through in his treasured wife Patti and four children Abby, Andrew, Ariana and Adam!
