Who Is This For?
Who Is This For?

Following are some general characteristics and interests that tend to be shared by our peer group franchise owners.
They have business savvy. They’ve been around the block enough to have credibility with business owners and are invigorated by the idea of solving complex business issues.
They are entrepreneurs and have a soft spot in their hearts for other entrepreneurs.
They appreciate the courage, enthusiasm and even idiosyncrasies of individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is who they keep company with, networking and socializing and volunteering with them in their free time.
They are well-connected in their local business communities.
They are often seen as a sage, and already offer business owners advice and counsel through their formal role (as a lawyer, a coach, a consultant, etc.) or in an informal capacity. They are active and involved: they sit on boards and volunteer their time for causes and organization that are close to their heart.
They engage in provocative conversations.
They ask curious questions, press for clarity, pay fierce attention to what is being said and offer an authentic and honest response when the time is right to speak.
They may be weary from the demands of the corporate world or their existing business.
Many franchisees come to us looking for an adjunct business that will provide a more consistent revenue stream to their coaching, consulting or other professional practice. They are looking for ways to spend less time selling and seek a work schedule that gives them greater flexbility and freedom. Often they have or are in the process of harvesting an existing business or are moving from the corporate environment to fulfill a dream of being their own boss.
They want to change the world.
They are motivated by having an impact on others. They are natural mentors and business advisors. They really do want to change the world, and they want to do it by helping entrepreneurs build better businesses and lead richer lives.
